My GE Refrigerator Water & Ice dispenser was out of service. I called a local appliance company. After a couple of hours working in my fridge, the technician couldn’t find what was going wrong. He recommended me to buy a new Fridge, whaaat?!
Then I decided to ask for a second opinion and I called Magic City Appliance Repair this morning. Adrien, the Technician came and solved my fridge problem in about an hour. Adrien was very professional and friendly. He went directly to the point and repair the door cable that was in bad shape. Now, I’m very happy that I called these guys! I’m enjoying my water and Ice dispenser like when my fridge was new. Even better, I saved a lot of money because we didn’t have to buy a new fridge! Magic City Appliance Repair people are very reliable. If you have any appliance issue, I would recommend to call them!

You guys are awesome ! I called early on a rainy Monday, 4.30pm you showed-up and by 5.30pm my dryer was fixed ! Not only that, you took the time to vacuum-out my lint guard and exhaust hose and answer some questions. Friendly tech named Adieu (I think that was his name) made everything stress-free. Hopefully I will NEVER need to call you again, but if another appliance needs fixing, I definitely will ! 5 out of 5 !!

These folks did a great job repairing my fridge in December 2021, so when my microwave’s turntable stopped working, I called them. Norman and his assistant were terrific, explained everything they were doing, and were very efficient. I recommend them highly.

I looked up several companies for emergency service since it was Labor Day and our fridge and freezer were on the brink of going. I found a few but Magic City (William) called us back immediately. He had a service technician there the very next morning. Not only was the gentleman courteous and very professional but diagnosed the problem immediately and at a reasonable cost and saved our entire fridge and freezer! They did not charge a service call since we used them to do the repairs. I will switch from our current company to Magic City. I even called “William” who was all about perfect customer service and I only wish I knew the gentleman’s name that came to the house cause he is who I would request for any future issues. This is a good company and the other company had a terrible recording with a bad attitude saying “I don’t want to spend time on wasted travel so leave your issue, model number and information”. When he called back my husband was happy to say we found someone else. The other company did call back but on Monday morning. Magic City is the BEST!!!!!

Adrien was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained what was wrong with our fridge and when he saw the part was not in stock and I would be left without a fridge for possibly days he actually went out in the night and look through every part he had to make sure he didn’t have a spare one sitting around. As soon as the part got in he called and and came back to fix so my holiday would not ruined by a faulty refrigerator. Thank you!!!

Awesome service! Adrian came to our house after we had another repairman tell us that we needed a new circuit board for our refrigerator. Unfortunately, according to him the board was no longer available. While my husband was able to find the board online, this was not the problem. Hoping we wouldn’t have to replace the refrigerator we contacted Magic City and Adrian came to our home. It’s been a week now and refrigerator is working like new. Adrian, the technician, was on time, personable and competent. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the washing machine within 30 minutes and charged a fair price. We recently called Magic City to repair our Frigidaire Refrigerator that had stopped working. We did not know anything about them and, in fact, had read a positive comment on Magic City on a local web page. I will tell you that we were absolutely satisfied that we called and had them fix our problem. Magic City is a terrific company and the gentleman who fixed our refrigerator (Adrien Jean-Jac) was FANTASTIC. He was professional, highly skilled and you knew from the minute he started that he knew exactly what he was doing. He well represents Magic City and we are grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Magic City is priced well below major companies and they came the within 24 hours of our call. They even came out to do the work at 6:00 pm to accommodate our schedule. I will tell you that we first called Sears and were told the earliest day they could come out was a week from our call. needless to say, we declined their “generous offer.”
